In the next few months, future women leaders will be preparing to bring their best selves to your MBA programs — and Forté is here to help them start their MBA journey strong with both in-person and vitrual programming. We would appreciate your help in promoting these opportunities to incoming MBA women at your school.

This marketing tool kit is designed to assist our partners, ambassadors, and the entire Forté community in promoting these conferences and programs to incoming MBA women on your campus. Your outreach is critical to spreading the word. Below are marketing tools and ideas on how you can help!

For Your MBA Admissions Team

  1. Forward the HTML email invite to your incoming women students
  2. Post event info on your virtual admit weekend website, blog, and/or portal
  3. Post event info on your school’s calendar
  4. Post event info on your incoming student Facebook page and on other social media channels
  5. Print copies of flyers and place in your program and admissions offices
  6. Print copies of flyers and place around campus during admit student weekends
  7. Include event info and/or share the digital flyers in scheduled communications to admitted women

For Your Web and Social Media Teams

  1. Plan for three posts on your school's social media platforms
  2. Share program info with your personal and professional social media networks
  3. Include events on MBA program blogs and appropriate websites

For Forté MBA Ambassadors and GWiB Leaders

  1. Forward the HTML email invite to incoming MBA women in your network
  2. Post event info on your school's social media platforms
  3. Share the events with your chat groups (Slack, WhatsApp, etc.)
  4. Print copies of flyers and place around campus during admit student weekends
  5. Incorporate info about the conferences in your outreach to admitted women with your admissions office
  6. If planning a virtual event at your upcoming admit student or welcome weekend, share the digital flyers with incoming women at your event
