Forté was founded 20 years ago to help get #MoreWomenLeading, primarily by providing pre-MBA preparation and support for early career women. Since our founding, we are making strides towards gender equity in business education. Women’s enrollment in full-time MBA programs, which stalled in 2020 at the start of the pandemic, leaped to an all-time high of 42% in 2023, and for the first time ever five business schools reached gender parity!

This Giving Tuesday, we are asking our supporters to boost our programming for post-MBA women so they can continue to rise in business and reach equity in all levels of business leadership.

Your giving will support programs for professional women and alumni, such as:

• Forté Rise Leadership Program — Women are ambitious and want to advance, but face more headwinds than their male counterparts. Rise is an immersive program that develops mid-career women into executive leaders.
• MBANext — MBANext is a three-month program of biweekly workshops which will include such topics as creating a coaching culture, succeeding as a first-time or returning manager, overcoming imposter syndrome, and establishing credibility as a leader.
• Leadership Bootcamp — Leadership Bootcamp provides women with executive coaching as well as the tools and support to become a great coach and implement a coaching culture within your organization.
• Alumni Programming — Liz Young joined Forté in Fall 2023 to focus on building programs and opportunities for Forté alumni to connect both virtually and in-person. Programs will build new paths to continue your professional growth with Forté and grow the alumni community.
