Support Women: It's More Important Now than Ever

Forté was founded more than 20 years ago to help get #MoreWomenLeading, primarily by providing pre-MBA preparation and support for early career women. Since our founding, we are making strides towards gender equity in business education. Women’s enrollment in full-time MBA programs, which stalled in 2020 at the start of the pandemic, leaped to an all-time high of 42% in 2024, and for the first time ever eight business schools reached gender parity!

In these pivotal times, supporting women’s leadership is more crucial than ever. As we reflect on our 20 years of impactful progress, it's clear that our work has never been more vital. Forté has made significant strides, but we must rise to meet the challenges ahead with renewed determination.
